Welcome to the world of Bukhial TGFOP (Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe), a remarkable tea estate meticulously owned and managed by George Williamson Assam Ltd., renowned as the largest privately owned tea estate group worldwide. Nestled on the southern banks of the majestic Brahmaputra River, near the remote region of Nagaland in Assam state, Bukhial is home to wandering herds of wild elephants, although rest assured, they play no role in the tea production process. The region's moderate rainfall contributes to a slower growth of tea bushes, resulting in an exceptional final product.

Now, you may wonder what imparts Assam tea with its distinctive characteristics. The Assam valley is dominated by the meandering Brahmaputra River, whose annual floods have gradually deposited a fertile loamy soil over the millennia. This deep and sandy soil, combined with a hot and humid monsoon season followed by a relatively dry and cool winter, creates the perfect conditions for cultivating the renowned Assam tea bushes. Despite the occasional occurrence of earthquakes that may consume entire tea bushes into the earth, the unmistakably rich flavor of Bukhial TGFOP remains unaffected.

Indulge in the legacy of this traditional tea leaf, which yields a cup that is not only visually vibrant and richly colored but also brimming with captivating flavors.
